**Important Arrival/Departure Information:** Upon your arrival in Mexico, you will go through either or immigration process. You will either be greeted by a Mexican agent that will review passports, once cleared you'll need to fill the FFM form, one per family is sufficient. Or they make you go through a face recognition system that does all of above electronically. At the end of this process, you’ll receive a ticket with a QR code. Please keep this ticket safe!
